Faced with the continuously tightening budget constraints, our team utilized the BOQ from the schematic and preliminary design phases as a basis for multiple rounds of design optimization and cost analysis. This process ultimately reduced the cost per square meter by 400 RMB, bringing it down from 2,600 RMB/m² to 2,200 RMB/m².
