本项目是印尼300万套住房计划的首开项目。印尼的千禧一代和 Z 世代没有房子，所以导致住房短缺数量过高。场地位于RJA Kalibata，用地面积24公顷，计划建造约 20,000 个居住单元。本方案对本地的公寓楼模式进行批判性发扬，在以居住为主的基础上，混合了更多的城市功能，保证了功能多样性及15分钟步行生活圈的打造。

This is the first project of Indonesia‘s 3 million housing plan. The Generation Z in Indonesia do not have houses, resulting in a high housing shortage. The site is located in RJA Kalibata, with a land area of 24 hectares and plans to construct approximately 20,000 residential units. We critically promotes the local apartment model, mixing more functions to ensure functional diversity and a 15 minute life circle.
