Requirements :

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural design
2. Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp & Revit
3. Knowledge of building codes, construction methods and materials
4. Strong understanding of design aesthetics. functionality, and sustainable architecture
5. Ability to create detailed drawings, layouts and 3D visualizations.
6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
7. Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Criteria :

1. Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia
2. Mandarin is a Plus
3. Preferably under 30 years old
